I did read the negative review posted recently, and I can honestly say this sounds nothing like Tom and his staff, I'm sorry to hear of her troubles, but calling Tom's faith into question and calling them crooks, over a disagreement about car repairs seems overwrought and extreme.

I've always gotten great service and been charged a fair price at Ash Auto. My husband won't trust our cars with anyone else. They do a great job, and know a lot about cars! Good oil changes and new tires / tire rotations too.
Tom Ash stands behind his work, and fixes it the first time . I have been a customer for nine years, he is the only mechanic I go to.
Low tire pressure on a tire, stopped without an appointment just 10 minutes before closing, Tom and staff stayed after hours to fix it, did not up sell me on a new tire...only $15 repair. I've had all my cars fixed here for years and will continue to.
